She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur L. Brink and Margaret P. Brink (Williams); and her siblings, Maryanna Weisel, Simone Brink, Wilbert Brink and Clarence Brink.
She is survived by: her husband Larry A. Carr; her children, Larry Carr, Jr. (Stephanie) of Freeport and Teresa Parrish (Brad) of Port Washington; her grandchildren, Christopher Carr, Hunter Carr, Alexis Bennett, Chelsea Forsythe, Kaylie Parrish, Danielle Smale and Michael Smale; her great grandchildren, Blaine, Mady, Owen Forsythe, Landon Smale and Jacob Carr; and her siblings, James Brink (Loretta), Arthur Rettig (Debbie), Franklin Humphries (Doris), Harold Hostetler and Lucille Mowrer (James). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
It was Roxy's wish that memorial contributions be directed to Roxford United Methodist Church, 771 Roxford Church Road SE, Dennison, Ohio 44621.
