He is survived by: his parent Dina Phillips (Caravati); his children, Rachel Montero (Anthony) of New Philidelphia, Crystal Phillips (Aaron Sigler) of Bolivar and Bob Phillips (Karen) of Seattle, WA; and his stepdaughters, Angie Neff of Midvale, Jenny Wenger (Chuck) of Midvale and Kimmy Stockdale (Steve) of Aurora.
