She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis L. Berry and Ida Mary Berry (Thompson); her husband David Allen Hartline; and her children, Tammy Harmon (Rick), Jason Hartline (Tabitha), Leroy Hartline (Tricia) and David Hartline.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judy, Willie, Nancy, Ray, Bob, Roberta and Leroy; and her daughter-in-law Ann Hartline. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
