We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2019, at the age of 75, Bertha Eileen Baxter (Midvale, Ohio), born in Alliance, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. McConnell and Ethel E. Grant McConnell; her sister Marilyn; and her brother-in-law Earl Shroyer. She is survived by: her daughter Krystal Baxter of New Philadelphia; her siblings, Penny McKain (James) of New Philadelphia and Donald McConnell (Sandy) of Uhrichsville; and her cousins, Lillian Robb and Vivian Jones. She is also survived by numerous other cousins and many long-time friends.
