He is survived by: his children, Jenice Medina of New Philadelphia, Silma Irizarry Medina (Luis) of New Philadelphia, Luis Medina (Maria) of New Philadelphia and Jose Medina (Julivette) of Midvale; and his grandchildren, Joelys, Keneth, Kamila, Austin and Noel. He is also survived by seven siblings.
