He was predeceased by: his father John; his wife Edith; and his siblings, Jeffrey Jarvis and Kathy Minner. He is survived by: his mother Lavonne Neal of South Lebanon; his children, Franklin Minner of Lebanon, Christina Clendenen (Jimmy) of Middletown, OH, Angela Robinson of Lebanon and Brittany Minner of Midland, OH; his siblings, Johnathon Jarvis, Eddie Neal, Candace Cottongim, Glenna Bowling and Michelle Neal; and his grandchildren, Richard, Clendenen, Savannah Clenedenen, Ethan Miller, Haylie Robinson, Aiden Robinson and Alexis Chandley.
