He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Lee Jenkins and Terri Jo Felheim Creditt; his pet Mia; his brothers, Tyler Jenkins of Midland, Trevor Talbott of Midland and Brad Creditt (Erin) of Amelia; his niece Alyssa; his nephew Levi Jenkins; his grandparents, John V. Shoemaker of Georgetown, Tony Felheim (Anna) of Martinsville, Jeanie, Herb Weidlich of Beavercreek and Teresa Jenkins of Clarksville; his great-grandparent Neil G. Felheim of Martinsville, OH; his uncle Ryan Felheim (Dawn) of Midland; and his aunt Julia Strider.
