He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lanham (McCarty); his children, Bobby Lanham, Jr. of Portsmouth, Pam Poynter (Jeff) of Cincinnati, Ray Lanham (Candy) of Hillsboro, Michele Whipple (Chuck) of Wilmington, Kip Lanham (Amy) of Pleasant Plain and Virgil Lanham (Tonya) of Midland; his grandchildren, Josh Lanham, Brittany Rowland, Nathan Lanham, Elijah Lanham, Jacob Lanham and Ava Lanham; and his sisters, Lorraine, Carolyn, Dorothy and Mae. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
