It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Perkins of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, June Perkins and Velma Perkins (Burrus); and his wife Lucille Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Mark Perkins (Teresa) of Lebanon and Noel Perkins of Orlando; his granddaughters, Samantha Perkins and Alicia Morgan; and his brother Frank Perkins.
