He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Henderson and Jean-Ann Duncan (Sexton); and his siblings, Bill Duncan and Paula Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Kati Duncan; his brother Jerry Duncan; his nieces, Stephanie, Beth and Jennifer (Clay); and his cousins, Rick, Polly and Sally. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
