She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin McNeal and Virginia L. Cable; and her daughter Anita Short. She is survived by: her husband Larry S. Short; her children, Christopher Newton (Billie), Jim Short and Wendy Conigliaro (John Mitchell); her sister Wanda Clark (Louie); and her grandchildren, Alex, Phil Jr., Jenny, Destinia, Danielle and Doug. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (2565 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
