It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samual Ousley (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willard Ousley Sr., Mamie and Fred Boyd. He is survived by: his parents, Willard Ousley (Bill) and Joan Ousley (Boyd); his children, Samiya Ousley (Shambria Phillips) and Grayson Lawson; his siblings, Cassidey L. (Beca Ousley) and Shyresha Atkinson (Brent Atkinson); his stepmother Ada Ousley; and his grandmother Eugenia Ousley. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
