He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James and Ruth Penny (Davis); and his brother Larry Penny. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Charlie" E. Penny; his children, Angie Mcroy (Michael Keeton), Rachel Penny (Nicholas Waldner), Kelly Penny (Kalib Utz), Eddie Penny and James Penny (Ashley Brianne Grizzle); his grandchildren, Emily, Bryce, Lucas and Kason; his great grandchild Ella Marie; and his siblings, Sharon Edwards and Paul Penny (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
A Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (201 Clark St, Middletown, OH 45042).
