He is survived by: his wife Betty Fraley; his daughters, Lisa Penley and Laura Fraley; his stepchildren, Linda Sparks (Kenny), Darrell Tolliver and Tina Smith; and his grandchildren, Shannon Tolliver, Sharon Faul, Robert Tolliver, Saundra Burns, Josh Tolliver, Thomas Seabolt II, Kenny Sparks II and Kevin Sparks. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
