He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Rodney Harvey; his wife Patricia Montgomery; his children, Rick Harvey, Jr., Tina and Joey Harvey; his siblings, Olen Harvey, Lynn Maskell and Alesia Thibault; his grandchildren, Rick and Patricia; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Howell, Danielle and Jonathan Montgomery. He was also cherished by 3 step-children, numerous grandchildren and extended family.
