She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Little and Gertrude Little (Oldfield); her husband Andrew J. Blevins; her daughter Judy G. Blevins; and her siblings, Olney, Kelly Little Jr., Lexi "Little" Adams and Lula Faulkner.
She is survived by: her daughter Celia Hall; her foster daughter Diane Lewis (Rick); her grandchildren, Courtney Roberts (Jake), Aaron and Isaiah Hall; her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Braden, Wyatt and Charlotte Roberts; and her siblings, Rodney Little (Patty) and Peggy Parks (Ron).
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Middletown or Carlisle Manor in memory of Ramona.
