She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Gephart and Eva G. Gephart (Biltz); and her husband Leroy Thomas Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Timothy Scott Williams (Cindy); her granddaughters, Jacqueline A. Holley (Keith) and Stephanie N. Thompson (Joel); her great grandchildren, Lillyan, Anakin, Luke, Faith and Ryder; and her close friends, Tracy Lovelace and Angela Burns.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodside Cemetery (1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044).
