She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her parents, Mark Powell and Betty Lamb; and her sister Alene McFarland. She is survived by: her pet Luna; her children, Larry Ray Bailey (Mary), Leon Bailey and Clover Anderson (Ken Ferbrache); her grandchildren, Michelle Kelly (Bobby), Jessica Lawson, Trenton Bailey, John Anderson (Lily), Dallas Bailey, Aaryah Freytag and Benji Freytag; her stepgrandson Mark Legg (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Lilah, Leo, Peyton, Logen, Victoria, Willow and Asher; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Caleb, Breanna, Miley and Grace; and her siblings, Herbert Powell, Joe Powell (Vi), Johnny Williamson, Susy "Desi" Kerr and Nona Shope.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home (185 N Main St, Waynesville, OH 45068). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
