She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey R. Tyra and Ada A. Tyra (Blankenship); her siblings, Sewell, Glen Tyra, Nell Graham, Bessie Hollon, June Catron, Myra Pence, Euna Childers and Jill Fugate; and her children-in-law, Todd McDaniel and Angel Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Kristi McDaniel, Eva Alexander (Bret Huggard) and James K. Alexander, Jr. (JJ); her grandchildren, Alexa McDaniel (Josh), Kyle Wullenweber (Ashlee), Cheyenne Alexander, Kayla Alexander and Cole Huggard; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Allisa, Jaxin, Scarlett and Oliver; and her sister Vera Harris.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Tyra Cemetery if desired.
