He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wegley and Claribel Wegley; his wife Betty Wegley; his sisters, Yvonne Brown and Rita Moore; and his son Rick Wegley.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Huffman of Bradenton, Florida; his stepdaughter Debbie Combs (David); and his grandchildren, Kristen Mahan (Jay), Maegan Thompson, Melissa Combs and Tom Swank, Jr. (Lisa). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
