It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Downs of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Judy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Judy. Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Vance and Dorothy C. Vance (Morton); and her sisters, Lois Hoffman and Linda Reed. She is survived by: her husband Ron Downs; her daughter Karen Frazier (Paul); and her grandchildren, Ann Harris (Evan), Samuel Frazier and Amy Frazier. She is also survived by many other extended family & friends.
