She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Rose and Emma Rose (Trent); her husband Roscoe Williams, Jr.; her daughter Lisa Newcomb (Paul); her great grandchild Scarlett Newcomb; and her siblings, Jean "Delfey" Risner, Bill, Wilmer and Art Rose.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Manning (Robert Tester); her grandsons, Jacob Manning and Tony Newcomb (Carol); her great grandchildren, Kayden, Ayddan, Xavier Newcomb and Nikki Newcomb; and her brothers, Earl Rose, J. C. Rose (Jewel) and Doug Rose. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family cousins, and many friends.
