She is survived by: her close friend Bill Neal; her sisters, Wilma Mainous and Shirley Drury; her nieces and nephews, Jeff Hartsock (Michelle), Chuck Hartsock, Dennis O'Neal (Lynn), Jerry O'Neal (Lana), Gary Rogers (Brenda), Debbie Christophel and Teresa Elrod; and her close friend Barbara Adams Koontz. She is also survived by numerous other friends, family, grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leukemia Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
