Tharp; his daughter Jonnie Sue Hogel (Mike); his grandson Randy Dyer (Heather); his great grandchildren, Abby and Landen Dyer; his niece Elizabeth Velte (Craig); and his nephew Mike Baker (Terry).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
