He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Cundiff Sr. and Judy Holland (Chuck); his wife Jill; his children, Josh Cundiff, Nick Cundiff (Katelyn), Amanda McKenzie (Logan), Rebecca Sackenheim (Jaron) and Emily Davis (Zack); his grandchildren, Alexis, Ella, Wyatt Cundiff and Carter Davis; his siblings, Anthony Cundiff (Connie), Cheryl Kaiser (Marc), Tina Cundiff and Lisa Ferrell (Bill); and his stepsiblings, Frank Holland and Peggy Holland. He was also cherished by 9 nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Hospice Care of Middletown.
