He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Slama (Shearwood). He is survived by: his father Jerry Slama; his siblings, Diana Fox (Tom) and Craig Slama (Denise); his nieces, Abbey and Anna; and his nephew James Fox.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (120 S Broad St, Middletown, OH 45044). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
