He is survived by: his wife Ilene Adkins; his children, Melissa Adkins and Elmer Adkins; his grandchildren, Tim Adkins, Joshua Adkins, Amanda Puckett, Alexis Honchul (Timmy) and Pamela Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Jontell, Kamea Abdullah, Sophia Honchul, Katherine Honchul, Heaven Adkins and Ezra Swan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
