He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Duncan and Edith Duncan (Glenn); his wife Mary Kay Duncan; and his siblings, Wilma, Lois, Brenda, Vonda, David, Elvin, Jimmy, Bobby, Mike and Otis Gay.

He is survived by: his daughter Heather Duncan; his grandchildren, Daniel "Seth" Angel and Kaylee Angel; his great grandchildren, Josiah Angel, Connor Angel, Corbin Sorrell, Cru Sorrell, Mailey Angel and Chloe Angel-Sorrell; his siblings, Carol Young (Eddie), Barb Minton (Benny), Bill Duncan (Betty) and Darrell Duncan (Terri); and his pet Sabastion "Wolfe" Duncan.
