He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Hall and Bernice Fugate (Banks); his wife Vicky; his daughter Tabitha Fugate; and his siblings, John Fugate, Belinda Redkey and Margaret McCoy.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Fugate, Samantha Fugate and Ashley Fugate; and his siblings, Donald Fugate (Kaye), Butch Fugate, Sue Fugate (Michael) and Daisy Barrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
