She was predeceased by: her father Donald Allen Brehm; and her sister Debbie Maloney. She is survived by: her mother Sondra Jane Brehm; her brother Donald Brehm; her sons, Alleyn Unversaw, Robert Unversaw and Matthew Caudill; her grandchildren, Lyla Unversaw, Parker Unversaw, Abbe Unversaw, Eva Unversaw, Landen Unversaw and Lillie Unversaw; her niece Rachel Spisak; her nephew Cainan Hamblin; and her close friend Devon Grashof.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Baker Stevens Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations out to a charity for underserved children in honor and memory of Donna.
