He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas Hill and Jacqueline Smiley Link; his stepfather Paul Link; his sons, Charles Timothy Hill and John Thomas Hill; and the mother of his children Betty Hill Poling.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Barnett (Randy), Tena Lykins (Jimmy Lamb) and Vyki South (Brian); his sister Judy Henry; his nephew Paul Henry (Bobbi Jo); his niece Michele Potter (David); and his close friend Jay Galle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
