With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Sue Wise of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Coursey Fultz and Emma Fultz (Spencer); and her siblings, Wallace, Clark, Lowell and Alana.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Larew, David Woodby (Tammy) and John C. Woodby (Nancy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family.
