She is survived by: her sons, Harold Wayne Shepard, Jr. and David Alan Shepard (Christine); her grandchildren, Rachel Bowen (Chad), Sarah Belk (Jon), Alison Shepard, Ryan Shepard, Nicole Meyer (Travis) and Samuel Shepard; her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Brooklyn, Kaydence, Maddox and Tatum; and her brother Paul Howard.
