She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Wells and Ellis Wells; her significant other Warren Profitt Jr.; her nephew Daryl Trustee; her siblings, Carl Wells (Geri), Willie Agee (Chalmer) and Lena Mae Smith; and her daughter-in-law Shirley Profitt.
She is survived by: her son Jim Profitt (Barbara); and her nieces and nephews, Donna Johnson (Jim), Rita Krasnonski (Dave), Lesa Trusty, Larry Agee (Nancy), Dean Trusty (Tracy), Marti Spicer (Susan), Mike Wells and Doug Wells. She is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Betty.
