She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lee and Patricia Ann Shrout (Shinkle); her husband Clemont Joseph; her grandson Robert Nesser; and her brother Roger Shrout.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tabatha Nelson (Kevin) and Crystal Smith; and her sisters, Judy Huff (John) and Roselynn Taylor. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
