She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Downs. She is survived by: her daughters, Virgena Wilson (Mark), Kimberly Homsher (Benjamin) and Yolanda Fugett. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
