He was predeceased by: his former wife Velma Wood Herrick; and his stepson Keith Wood. He is survived by: his wife June Rice Stewart Herrick; his stepchildren, Libbi Stewart of Letart, WV., Edwin Stewart (Linda) of New Haven, WV., Donna Osborne of Columbus and Carl Stewart of Letart, WV.; and his grandchildren, Paul, Missie Wolfe, Mary, Fred Davis and Tom Woods (Lisa).
