He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Albert and Yvonne Graham Hoffner; his siblings, Roy, Harvey and Barbara; his uncles, Joe Bishop and Joe Graham; and his aunt Marilyn Bishop.
He is survived by: his brother Mike Bareswilt; and also, Jeremy, Meleah, Kurtis, Sydney, Kali, Mariah, Nevaeh, Gerald and Mary. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers Tom's wishes were that donations be made to the Heaven Saints Motorcycle Ministry P.O. Box 945 Mason, WV 25260.
