She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clinton McKinney and Darlene Louise McKinney (Kingery); her husband Raymond Manley; her children, Cathy Haning and Joseph Manley; and her siblings, Audrey Mitchell, Juanita "Punky" Sears and Owen McKinney.
She is survived by: her brother William "Bill" McKinney of Gallipolis, Ohio; her son Kevin Manley of Pomeroy, Ohio; her grandchildren, Erica Haning (Kevin Lockhart) of Ripley and Joshua Little of Athens, Ohio; and her great grandchild Jason Lockhart of Ripley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home (264 S 2nd Ave, Middleport, OH 45760). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Homes (264 S 2nd Ave, Middleport, OH 45760).
