She was predeceased by: her parents, William V. Kelly and Mary Rockwell Kelly. She is survived by: her husband William C. Gibbs of Hartford, WV; her sister Betty L. Kelly; her children, Marilyn L Pierce (Paul) and George W. Gibbs of New Haven; her granddaughters, Mary Beth Young (Josh) of Hartford, WV and Lora Circle (Jarrod) of Racine, OH; her great grandchildren, Emma, Ava Young of Hartford, Aden Young of Hartford and Oliver Circle of Racine; and her son-in-law Paul Pierce of New Haven.
