He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Cowan and Betty Cowan; his son Sam Cowan; and his sister Sheila Miller (Mike). He is survived by: his wife Judi Cowan; his son Ryan Cowan (Larry); and his sister-in-law Marybeth Mitchell (Vaughan). He is also survived by his family, his friends, and his pets.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Homes (590 E Main St, Pomeroy, OH 45769).
