It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Jay Richmond (Middleport, Ohio), born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on August 28, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Richmond; and his uncle James Richmond. He is survived by: his parent Callie Lewis Richmond Bradshaw; his wife Cathy Lambert Richmond; his daughter Ruby Renae Richmond of Langsville; his grandchildren, Caylee Ann Gibbs and Ivan Jay Gibbs; his sister Kristi Braley (Tim) of Middleport; and his stepfather Art Bradshaw.
