He is survived by: his wife Eva Rife; his sister Alice Jacobs (Ronald); his sister-in-law Bonnie Rife; his daughters, Thiry Diane Milliron and Tammy Blake (David); his grandchildren, Luke Milliron (Carrie), Matthew Milliron (Tammy), Jacob Blake (Kristi), Philip Blake (Lauren) and Elizabeth Skees (Dillon); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Samuel, Abram, Luci, Jacob, Lucas, Seth and Kayla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
