She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Smith (Greg Brown) of Mason, WV, Brenda Johnson (Brian) of Mason, WV, Roger Nelson (Lydia) of Niceville, FL, Carroll Ray (Deanna) of Charleston, SC and John Nelson (Tammy) of Middleport, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
