She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Grueser and Irene Flint Grueser; her former husband Robert Curtis; and her husband Walter Ervin. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Swisher (David) of Middleport; her grandchildren, Robert E. Swisher of Taipei and Kimberly L. Swisher of Lexington, KY; her stepchildren, Harriett Wharton (Walter) of Sacramento, CA, Martha Dittiacur of Columbus and Allen Ervin of Athens; and her siblings, Pam Koporaal (Arie) of Whitter, CA, John Grueser (Juanita) of Racine and Tom Grueser (Susanne) of Whitter, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jagers & Sons Funeral Home (24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Beechgrove Cemetery.
