He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kelly and Ramona Murray Clay; and his brother Ronald Kelly. He is survived by: his children, K. J. Kelly (Jenneh) of Thurston and Melissa Duggin (Joe) of Orville; his grandchildren, Ava, Brinley Kelly, Charlie and Braydon Duggin; and his brothers, Russell Kelly and Harvey Lockwood.
