He was predeceased by: his parents, Thor Carsey and Mary Grate Carsey; his daughter Kenda Carsey; and his brother-in-law John Clark. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Clark Carsey; his son Kenneth Ryan Carsey (Emory); his grandson Seth White (Morgan Grinstead); his sisters, Louise Luke (Robert) and Judy Carsey; his brother-in-law Jim Clark (Beth); and his close friend John Lightfoot.
