Blake of Middleport, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Natalie Greene (Matt), Aaron Faulk (Jamie) and Lauren Porter; her great grandchildren, Mattie, Harper, Uriah, Gideon, Solomon, Boaz and Bella; her siblings, Danny Case (Mary), Vicky Kelly (Tim), Chiquita Edwards, Perry Case and Mark Case; her sister-in-law Gloria Case; her brother John; and her sister-in-law Margie Blake. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
