She is survived by: her husband Lester Michael Lewis; her children, Samantha Lynn Lewis, Stephine Renee Lewis and Trenton Matthew Lewis; her sister Janet Stringer (John); her stepsister Melissa Belanger; and her stepmother Bonnie Henline. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
