He is survived by: his father Leonard Fitchpatrick; his siblings, Lee Fitchpatrick of Middleport and Tara Blankenship (Ritchie) of Albany; and his nieces and nephews, Rainey Young (John), Summer Fitchpatrick, Colten Blankenship, Dillon Blankenship and Bradley Kennedy.
